YOUR ARRIVAL TO THE KKL LUZERN
The KKL Luzern is located right next to the Lucerne train station. It is an ideal location to reach with various modes of transport. Info on getting there

• Travelling by train & bus: The Lucerne train station offers you numerous connections by train www.sbb.ch and bus www.vbl.ch. Should you arrive by train, you can take a lift from downstairs at the train station straight to the KKL Luzern – allowing you to arrive at your concert..
  
  
• Travelling by car: The Bahnhofparking 1 & 2 car parks are located right underneath the KKL Luzern. Guests can take a lift to the KKL Luzern from these car parks without braving the elements. Please be aware that there will be increased traffic on concert evenings, so please allow sufficient time for your journey.
  
  Info: Please note that you can no longer validate your parking ticket in the KKL foyer, but must use the ticket machines in the car park. If you would like to avoid queuing and paying at the machines in the future, we recommend the Luzerner Parkkarte.
  
  
• Travelling by ship: Various ships moor right at Europaplatz in front of the KKL Luzern. Why not combine your visit with a boat trip on Lake Lucerne www.lakelucerne.ch.
  
  

CLOAKROOM RULES FOR CONCERT GUESTS
Bags larger than DIN A3 (42 x 29.7 x 29.7 cm) as well as luggage and other bulky items must be handed in at the cloakroom, for a fee of CHF 5, for security reasons. The same applies to coats, large jackets, umbrellas and prams. These will be kept free of charge in our cloakrooms. Suit jackets, blazers and jackets that fit in your handbag are allowed in the hall. Wheeled walkers may be left in the immediate vicinity of the hall doors. The hall staff will be happy to help you.

GASTRONOMY FOR CONCERT GUESTS
Enjoy refreshing drinks and snacks before the concert or during the interval at our concert bar or at the Seebar. Food and drinks are not permitted during the concert. 
In any case, we are looking forward to welcoming you in our restaurants before or after the concert.

ADMISSION FOR LATECOMERS TO CONCERTS
After the event starts, entrance to the hall is only permitted in the interval or with the permission of admission staff.

YOUR CONCERT TICKETS
If you have registered as a customer on www.kkl-luzern.ch, you can view your orders at any time online and print your Print@Home-Tickets whenever you need.
