The KKL Luzern is located right next to the Lucerne train station. It is an ideal location to reach with various modes of transport. Info on getting there

  • Travelling by train & bus: The Lucerne train station offers you numerous connections by train and bus Should you arrive by train, you can take a lift from downstairs at the train station straight to the KKL Luzern – allowing you to arrive at your concert in total comfort whatever the weather outside.

  • Travelling by car: The Bahnhofparking 1 & 2 car parks are located right underneath the KKL Luzern. Guests can take a lift to the KKL Luzern from these car parks without braving the elements. Please be aware that there will be increased traffic on concert evenings, so please allow sufficient time for your journey.

    Info: Please note that you can no longer validate your parking ticket in the KKL foyer, but must use the ticket machines in the car park. If you would like to avoid queuing and paying at the machines in the future, we recommend the Luzerner Parkkarte.

  • Travelling by ship: Various ships moor right at Europaplatz in front of the KKL Luzern. Why not combine your visit with a boat trip on Lake Lucerne

Handbags and backpacks up to a size of 42 x 29.7 x 29.7 cm (A3) may be taken into the hall. All larger bags and luggage as well as other bulky items must be handed in for an amount of CHF 5.00 per item. Coats and jackets may also not be taken into the hall for safety reasons and can be handed in free of charge at the cloakroom. Prams and umbrellas are kept free of charge in our cloakrooms. Wheeled walkers can be left in the immediate proximity of the hall doors. The hall staff will be happy to help you.

With your concert ticket, you can access the foyer from an hour before the start of the concert. There you will find the cloakroom as well as concert bars providing drinks and snacks. Further info. After the event starts, entrance to the hall is only permitted in the interval or with the permission of admission staff.

If you have registered as a customer on, you can view your orders at any time online and print your Print@Home-Tickets whenever you need.

The ticket office at KKL Luzern is open as follows: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:30. Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00. 
The counter will be closed from 14–25 February 2020 due to annual maintenance work.
Due to the reconstruction work of the restorations the ticket counter moves to the main entrance at the Eurpaplatz from 3–13 February.
