Information about your visit
COVID CERTIFICATE IN INDOOR AREAS
Since Monday, 13 September 2021, a Covid certificate will be required to access indoor areas of restaurants, cultural and leisure facilities, and events held indoors. The KKL Luzern is implementing the measures of the Federal Council accordingly for all of its indoor services.
Admission is therefore only possible with a valid Covid certificate (tested, vaccinated or recovered) and an official photo ID. Further information on how to obtain a Covid certificate can be found on the FOPH website. This includes concert visits, restaurant visits, guided tours and participation in other events taking place inside the KKL Luzern (meetings, seminars, congresses, banquets, etc.). Certificate checks are carried out at all entrances. Admissions are taking place in the wing in which you are attending an event or visiting a restaurant. Please have your Covid certificate and ID ready for your visit.
Children and young people under 16 do not need a Covid certificate.
The measures in force since 13 September can be seen in the overview chart of the Federal Council.
Outside on the terrace of the Deli Cafébar Le Piaf, the Seebar terrace and at Dock-14 we are happy to welcome you without a certificate. A mask must be worn for indoor restroom visits or ordering inside at the bar.
Access to the Summer Lounge on the Lucerne Terrace is restricted to guests with a valid Covid certificate. Access is via the entrance on the side next to the train station or for concert guests directly via the panorama foyer on the 3rd balcony level.
We prefer cashless payment methods. During your visit you can pay safely, easily and quickly without cash.
