Information about your concert visit
Thanks to our safety measures it is possible to experience live events at the KKL Luzern again. It is important to keep your distance and wear a face mask as soon as you enter the building until you leave it. For the mandatory contact tracing, each guest must be contactable up to 14 days after their visit. With the Mindful check-in app we ensure that this requirement is met. Please download the app before your visit and register with your contact details. Admission begins 60 minutes before the start of the concert. Please use the specified entrances. Only by complying with these measures we can ensure that concert experiences are possible.
With us you can pay safely, easily and quickly without cash. All transactions are carried out electronically.
YOUR JOURNEY TO THE KKL LUZERN
The KKL Luzern is located right next to the Lucerne train station. It is an ideal location to reach with various modes of transport. Info on getting there
- Travelling by train & bus: The Lucerne train station offers you numerous connections by train www.sbb.ch and bus www.vbl.ch. Should you arrive by train, you can take a lift from downstairs at the train station straight to the KKL Luzern – allowing you to arrive at your concert in total comfort whatever the weather outside.
- Travelling by car: The Bahnhofparking 1 & 2 car parks are located right underneath the KKL Luzern. Guests can take a lift to the KKL Luzern from these car parks without braving the elements. Please be aware that there will be increased traffic on concert evenings, so please allow sufficient time for your journey.
Info: Please note that you can no longer validate your parking ticket in the KKL foyer, but must use the ticket machines in the car park. If you would like to avoid queuing and paying at the machines in the future, we recommend the Luzerner Parkkarte.
- Travelling by ship: Various ships moor right at Europaplatz in front of the KKL Luzern. Why not combine your visit with a boat trip on Lake Lucerne www.lakelucerne.ch.
