Our venue is open at the following times. In addition, regular public tours take place. It is also possible to book private tours for companies or groups.

- Saturday: 10am - 4pm
- Box office: 1 hour before event start

On concert days, the World Café is open until one hour after the close of the event.
Concert Bar at KKL Luzern
The concert bar opens one hour before the concert and is open during concert breaks.

Wednesday: 10am - 8pm
Monday: closed
