At KKL Luzern we offer numerous apprenticeships for your training. This gives you the opportunity to gain your first professional experience with us in the commercial, catering or technical fields. Our training programmes are designed to offer a structured and holistic career start that strengthens both professional and personal skills. Please note that we only accept complete application documents (CV, letter of motivation, school reports, any Stellwerk/Multicheck) and will check or organise trial apprenticeship once we have received your application.
As a management assistant, you will carry out a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks in the various departments. You will learn about customer-relevant and operational processes as well as business contexts. During your training, you will rotate between different areas (ticketing, marketing, sales, accounting, event management).
As an aspiring chef, you have the opportunity to start your professional future in two areas at the KKL Luzern:
- Training in event catering and at Le Piaf: Here you will learn the craft of cooking to the highest quality in à la carte cooking and for events for up to 1,000 people. You will pass through various stations to learn the diversity of the art of cookery.
- Training at Restaurant Lucide: The restaurant has been awarded 16 Gault Millau points and a MICHELIN star. Start your apprenticeship in a sophisticated yet informal atmosphere and learn the art of cookery at the highest level.
As an EFZ restaurant specialist, you will work in our Restaurant Lucide (16 GaultMillau points and one MICHELIN star) and have the opportunity to gain different experiences in our other outlets (Seebar, Le Piaf, Event Catering). You will learn the art of guest service at the highest level and know how to fulfil different needs and handle complaints skilfully. Insights into the efficient organisation of service processes are also included.
As an Operations Maintenance Specialist EFZ, you will be responsible for ensuring that all the facilities in and around the KKL Luzern work properly. This includes cleaning the building and outdoor facilities as well as waste management. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the systems and building components. The requirements in these areas are extremely varied due to the special architecture and materials used.
As an event specialist, you will carry out a wide range of tasks and learn how to use various technical equipment in the areas of lighting, sound, video, multimedia and stage technology. You will be a specialist when it comes to setting up and dismantling stages and scenic equipment.
As an ICT specialist, you are a professional when it comes to the diverse and optimal use of various ICT resources. KKL Luzern Management AG offers you a very exciting environment with the latest technologies and a very broad range of tasks in the centre of Lucerne. During your apprenticeship, you will work in a small IT team and be involved in day-to-day business.
